1. Digital Programs & Online Coaching
All purchases of digital programs, meal plans, and online coaching sessions are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and access has been granted.
This is because our products are digital and instantly delivered, and our coaching services are personalized specifically for you.

2. Cancellations & ReschedulingIf you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered used and are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Special Cases
Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payments.
Technical issues that prevent access to purchased programs and cannot be resolved.

4. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase fitness merchandise or equipment through our website, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
